Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

If you receive an item with a major issue (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
